Harrison Bader's goodbye video

I wish him all the best, though he's unlikely to play much this year (Planar Fasciitis)

The speed (when healthy) and his read off the bat is unreal.

He's a 4-WAR player if he never stole a base or got a hit...

Anyway, this is a cool goodbye

Jordan Montgomery has looked good so far. If you’re a Yankees, you hope this trade with the RedBirds isn’t Willie McGee for Bob Sykes 2.0.

The Cubs wanted Brock to go for power when they had him, Cards let him be himself.

Bader, meanwhile, has been hurt and Montgomery has looked good in his early starts.

It’s obviously way too early, but neither the Yankees nor Padres have been in an ideal spot since the deadline.
