Many Nats fans not liking it either. The A's got 4 of the top 10 Nats prospects. AJ Cole has huge potential.

while they have Strasburg. The thinking must mimic that of the Giants' -- there's a brief window of opportunity to make the most of your star pitchers until they bolt for the riches of free agency. The Nats are rolling the dice for 2012.

Young pitchers in their farm ( Matt Purke, Brian Goodwin)so while a little painful ( I will miss Peacock/Milone) still have plenty of prospects. This is set up for more than just 2012. Their rotation was 7th in MLB in 2011. Should be one of top ones in 2012
