Just when you thought they were finished, The Astros take 2 from the Yankees & win the ALCS.
Next up are the Dodgers in La La Land and all bets are off as far as I am concerned. The Astros were obviously not intimidated by Yankees & certainly they do respect but are not afraid of the Dodgers. I think it will go to 7 Games.

1. Yawn. No one outside of Texas cares about the Astros.

And half the country hates the Dodgers.

Dodgers will probably win in 5, maybe 4. A series with the Yankees would have held more interest, but even this Yankees fan thinks the Dodgers are pretty unbeatable.

I won’t be watching this year. Last year’s series was a great contest, with two long-time losing teams hoping to break their drought. This year, meh.

My baseball fandom had me watching last year’s WS, as I said above.

Nobody cares about the Astros. Do you think MLB is happy the Yankees aren’t in the WS? They go from the two largest media markets of LA & NY to LA/Houston? Give me a break.

There are Yankees fans across the country. I live in SoCal, and my team is the Yankees.

LA/Houston is 2/4 as far as media markets.
Not to mention, and I'll use all caps here, THE ASTROS ARE BETTER THAN THE YANKEES AND THAT'S WHY THE YANKEES LOST. We won. Deal.
The Yankees fans 'across the country' are called bandwagoners. Like people in SoCal being Yankee fans. Maybe if one is a transplant, but if not....well...bandwagon.

The Dodgers are dangerous because they have an uncanny ability to consistently pull rallies out of their arses.

But the fact my magic 8 Ball has been on a roll lately can't be discounted. That, and American League Astros pitchers batting in LA will kill a rally faster than you can spit.
