2. It looks like a cycle car

I don't know if it's historic or custom made, I suspect someone built it recently.
There were millions of manufactures back in the 1910's and 20's

There is a company that builds Morgan like cycle cars in Seattle, but this one only has three wheels.

I remember reading several years ago that the three wheel Morgan used basically a Harley Davidson motorcycle engine for a while. They may still do I'm not sure though.
On 'How Do They Do It' on the Science channel they have a segment of where they show how the Morgan is built. Not the three wheeled one but the 4 wheel model that uses a lot of wood in the manufacturing of it. The basic car is built with wood with a metal skin. Pretty neat to see the craftsmanship that goes into a Morgan. If you ever get a chance to watch it please do as its awesome.
