2024 Paris Olympics: Simone Biles, Suni Lee star as Team USA takes gold in women's team gymnastics
The United States is at the top of the world once again, dominating the field to win the gold medal of the women's gymnastics team final on Tuesday.
Simone Biles put up massive scores in all four events, posting a competition-high 14.666 on floor to officially secure the title. Jordan Chiles also competed in all four events, putting up a big performance on bars and floor, while Suni Lee thrived in routines on bars, beam and floor. Jade Carey contributed with a strong performance on vault as well to clinch the gold.
Italy took silver, while Brazil and all-around contender Rebeca Andrade took the bronze.
Team USA hasn't missed the podium in the women's artistic gymnastics team event since 1988 and will regain the gold after earning silver in Tokyo. The United States now heads to the individual events, with former gold medalists Simone Biles and Suni Lee taking qualified for the individual all-around competition.

Simone Biles reveals gold medal-winning gymnastics team's name: 'F Around and Find Out'
PARIS — One of the traditions of the United States women’s gymnastic team is after winning a gold medal in the team competition, they give themselves a name.
The Magnificent Seven of 1996 in Atlanta. The Fierce Five of 2012 in London. The Final Five of 2016 in Rio de Janeiro.
Just minutes after the current iteration captured gold in team like the aforementioned, its name was revealed at a news conference.
The name: “F Around and Find Out,” Simone Biles said.
