Liberty....Created by Jerry Falwell and the Moral Majority to fight liberals, abortion, gays, and Democrats, will now field a football team in a New Year's Day bowl game. Liberty's law school is an incubator for the most radical Federalist Society judges bent on creating a bible-based theocracy.

As an Oregon Alumn, I have had nothing but disqust as college sports have become a microcosm of greed. Transfer portal free agents, NIL contracts, six year quarterbacks, and the chase for TV dollars at the expense of the conferences.

A bowl game with a college that represents everything I lothe in American politics.

Hillsdale is big on talk radio.

When Jerry finally dropped dead, he was insured up to his eyeballs. Thomas Road is a tight network. Buying a car? You better get it from one of the dealerships in the church. Insurance. Real estate. Etc.

I have personal contacts who went to high school with Jerry and had families split apart by faith to Jerry. I deal with Liberty people everyday - I’ve met one who’s good at their job and not an overtly pious self consumed holier than thow condescending a hole. ONE.
