I kinda feel sorry for the Jets with this Arod business

#12 is or was a great HOF QB, fer sure. But man this past year and going back to important playoff games, his on the field work was declining. Missing open receivers for first down and more to go to his favorite guy (something he did his entire career)....failing or unable to run for an easy first down....winding the play clock down to throw the ball to the guy everyone knows he's gonna throw it to....shitty throws way off the mark (his thumb was messed up I will allow)

Thats on the field

Off the field, lets face it the guy is a prima donna drama attention seeking weirdo, from covid toe, dropping shrooms, to dark cave sitting. The way he bad-mouthed his family always bothered me (I guess they made up, but still, ugly laundry)

He also tries to play head coach and GM the last three years like he is some sort of God. He's doing that now to the Jets, I think. Acting like he is owner and GM with his wish list of free agents. tells the packers hey didnt give him weapons, then says he wants Lazard, Cobb, and Lewis on the Jets...the same weapons. I cant imagine what a Jets WR would think about that. (He also wants OBJ as well)

Now he says he's done with the Packers, and Jets or retire, fine best of luck. But the Jets, who don't seem to have a QB or option 2 cant seem to come up with the goods for a trade and the Packers, as long as he is under contract can bide their time for their asking price

I would say to any Jets fans: best of luck, but buyer beware

Hey there!

Best of news, our snowpack is way up this year! Spring can wait, but looks to be a good year for wildflowers and fishing, and hopefully birds as well.

PS: if you want to support our pal Jon Tester, buy your snacks from "Big Sandy Organics" I hear he is one of their suppliers. I believe Albertsons carries them

Hope all is well

We've got several Albertson's here in Zoo-Town. We've got to support Jon Tester.

It just keeps snowing here. We got another 5 inches or so last night...wet heavy snow. Glad you have a beautiful spring ahead...probably big mosquitos too...the biggest ones I ever saw were in Glasgow, MT. Clouds of flying blood suckers.

My understanding is they have a solid team otherwise

Its looking like there was a bit of bad blood between 12 and the Packer front office. The way he played this year looked like he was calling it in at times

The drama part gets old, but hey it keeps the team in the news

last year the defense was fourth in total yards allowed and points per game.

Rodgers isn't a long-term solution but he should elevate the offense (ranked 29th in points per game, 2022).

The Packers stank in the Red Zone this year, and on 4th down too. That might be on the coach. But jeez, first and goal& 4th and 1 were a nightmare

it seems as if they are looking for a 'quick fix' word is 2 year contract

I can understand N.Y. wanting a QB that counters Buffalo's Allen.

New York is NOT his market. It will be drama-rama.

My brother is a legacy season ticket holder. He bought them from my uncle when he gave them up twenty years ago and he is NOT amused. LOL ...Bleeding green on both NFL leagues.

I'm a dyed in the wool Eagles fan.

holding the team hostage to see if he's going to play. And the other thing, for a QB with all that talent and only one Super Bowl win, and that was over a decade ago, maybe he's not that great.

Devante Adams was gone to the Raiders, so was it Adams or Rodgers...kinda liike was it Belicheck or Brady responsible for all the Patriots success?

Looks like it was Brady IMO.

And also IMO, the Jets should go hard after 26-year-old Lamar Jackson instead of the nearly 40-something Rodgers.

The MVP awards kept his contract big, but the post season failures were harsh

I'm just an armchair guy, but it seems as if the trend is towards younger and more mobile QB's
