NFL Divisional round is set. Make your picks

Jaguars at Chiefs

Giants at Eagles

Bengals at Bills

Cowboys at 49ers

I'm going with the Chiefs, Eagles, Bengals and 49ers. I'm not confident enough to predict it, but something tells me that the Eagles might have a letdown game and the Giants could upset them. That would be a real long shot coming through.

I stood on the sidelines taking pictures for the paper at the Eagles games. The fans have to be seen and heard to be believed. Fun

Home Team in CAPS

Favorite / Spread / Underdog

KANSAS CITY / 8.5 / Jacksonville

PHILADELPHIA / 7.5 / New York

BUFFALO / 5 / Cincinnati

SAN FRANCISCO / 3.5 / Dallas

If not betting spreads I'd take all the home teams too.

New York, Cincinnati, and Dallas could come close enough to beating them. Hurts might still be a little rusty and N.Y. has a decent run defense. I could see the Bills build a big lead in the first half that the Bengals close-up late in the fourth quarter. And San Francisco has issues defending mobile quarterbacks and the long pass. Also irks me that defensive coordinator DeMeco Ryans is interviewing for head coaching positions this week. Really? It can't wait till after the season?

but the team that plays best that day. NYG upset the perfect season NE Patriots in that memorable Superbowl because that day, NYG out-played the best team in the NFL.

Also, beating the same opponent three times in one season is a difficult challenge for any NFL team (I don't have the stats in front of me). If true, would the Eagles want to see NYG again? Big Blue certainly wants to see the Eagles.

Either way, I'll read up on the games afterwards. If NYG wins, I'll go to the highlights on Giants.com.

It would be a miracle if we beat the Chiefs, but hey, fans can dream! I am thrilled to be where we are, went from worst in football for 2 years in a row to playing our 2nd playoff game - all this in 1 year! Just shows the difference a good coach can make.

Then again he could be worse?

Lately I have been thinking of him more as Montana-ish, as far as will and drive to win, which would be super awesome if that continues. I lived in the Bay Area when Montana was king and got to see him in some amazing games. I'd love to experience that again.

And no, I'm not protecting a tie for the lead!
I simply have no reason to choose others.
The Chargers "Chargered". KC very unlikely to do that.
The Cowboys played a bad defense. 49ers are very good.
The Bengals are hot, the Bill's are not.
The Giants played a bad defense & a dumb offense. The Eagles have neither.

I'm 3-0 so far. I forgot to come here to post, but honest I had Chiefs, Eagles, Bengals & Niners.
I thought the extra rest for Hurts' shoulder was going to be huge.
The Jags made it closer than I expected but I had the Chiefs as a lock.
I flipped a coin on the Bengals. My gut told me that the Bills were no longer the Bills of the first 8 weeks.
And, I don't trust the Cowboys.
