(2,900 posts)I noticed Winter Olympics on the chart, but not the Summer Games.
Formula 1 and NASCAR ranked "0", validating the adage "empty barrels make the most noise."

(27,160 posts)I would have thought MLB was far higher than it is.
I do happen to have a favorite NFL team, which is doing quite well right now. I'm of course hoping they go all the way.

I'm cheering for Joe Burrow and the Bengals.

(71,526 posts)I thought MLB would be lower, and NBA higher.
The NBA is the #2 team sport (behind soccer, of course) in world popularity. (Naturally, it's a distant second.)
I expected it to be higher in popularity here in the US.

(2,343 posts)I don't mind that the MLS didn't have 1 game with 10 million viewers. It means it's cool, like an indie film. The NFL is like the movie Avatar. I'll be over here wearing my leather jacket, drinking my black coffee and smoking cigarettes with with the cool people watching MLS. You NFL types can go enjoy your mass produced, big budget Pirates of the Caribbean football.
Still, I think folks who don't watch soccer are missing out!
