If the Texans are eyeing a QB, I would think that they still get their top choice (likely Bryce Young) given that Justin Fields has flashed enough potential to warrant some optimism for the future.
Now if the Bears decide to trade the pick . . .

...nearly everybody thinks they'll trade down.
The only other possibility is they stay and take that DE from Alabama.
But, I heard there's a couple of stud OTs that could be taken 8 to 10, and they desperately need an O-Line.
