But of course, he is laughing all the way to the bank. Will miss him in KC, but he just got too expensive for the Chiefs budget.

We saw Seattle deteriorate after they over paid Wilson.
We see it in Green Bay with Rogers' gargantuan contract.

Pay your QB too much and you can't afford the players around him that make him great.

5. The Rodgers situation is interesting

because Green Bay reportedly offered Davante Adams the same money that the Raiders did. Yet Adams opted for Vegas (it still feels strange to type Vegas in relation to NFL franchises).

Anyway, as Colin Cowherd pointed out, Adams left town with a social media post thanking the Packers organization for all of the years, but never made any mention of Aaron Rodgers. So maybe Adams just grew tired of the Aaron Rodgers show and his selfish behavior.

Their receiving corps is thin. The free agent market for WR is very limited. The Packers are going to need to roll the dice on a WR or two in the draft, but who knows if those players will be ready to step right into the NFL.

Looking bad for Rodgers, and I can't muster any sympathy.
