I love them so much! A puzzle inside a cartoon! There's a little number close to the artist's name—in this cartoon it's 3. Then you go search for the three hidden objects.

Familiar with that. Reminds me of an interview a San Diego Foolball Player did in 1980 when asked how he manages to keep his baby-sat kids occupied and quiet. He said he throws 9 quarters into the heavy shag rug in his hall and tells the kids there are 10! They look for a long time. (Today it would probably have to be Dollar Coins!)
