(5,138 posts)I have seen other memes with that blue flag that say something similar about being "Safe From" something or other. I am wondering what original source that meme is based on. I assume it might be a Facebook or Twitter thing, since I do not use those sites.

(19,565 posts)Yes I've seen that a few times, my guess would be it's a template at a Meme generating site where you can
add in your own words. Doing a search by image might lead to the site. Let me know if you can't find it.

(5,138 posts)Marked Safe From X is an exploitable image and phrasal template that parodies the Facebook Crisis Response status updates that are usually deployed after a disaster or dangerous event. The Safety Check feature's first major deployment was on April 25th, 2015, in the aftermath of the Nepal earthquake. The "marked safe from X today" status featuring the blue flag graphic began to be parodied in 2017, with early memes marking themselves as "safe" from various people or places.
And yes, it's a readily available template on several meme-generating sites
