I have not read it, but kinda like being terrified sometimes.

Well, except when I read "Toxin" by Robin Cook.

might have sent me into a mild and temporary state of shock... Even though it's a young adult book, the underlying theme is (though very far-fetched) disturbing to say the least.

I used to be a big fan of King, Cook, and Koontz, but they became too violent and depressing to read regularly. I started reading the YA books and I'm finding that even though the language and horror is toned down a bit, some of them are still terrifying!
