Just finished it, and it blew me away! I love a mystery novel that has many twists and turns. This one kept me guessing! I also like all the little "Easter eggs" in the novel. The first Susan Ryeland/Atticus Pund book, Magpie Murders, was excellent, also. Understand a third Susan Ryeland book has been sent to the publishers, Marble Hall Murders. Supposed to be out May 13, 2025! Going to have to reserve a copy! PBS has a TV Series of Moonflower Murders starting September 15th--cannot wait!

(735 posts)We spent a year in Israel for my husband's job. The landlady had night-blooming jasmine planted near the house. Such a lovely fragrance! Thanks for bringing back such a wonderful memory. Take care.

(6,325 posts)Horowitz has written a large number of books and screenplays. He wrote the initial screenplays based on the books for Midsomer Murders. He created and wrote the series Foyle's War, probably my favorite of his works. And so much more.

(735 posts)He writes children's fiction, also, the Alex Rider series--this guy is a writing machine! I believe they adapted the books for TV. Foyle's War is my favorite. Everything was fantastic about that series--the writing, casting, and acting. Magpie Murders was great, so I'm hoping the Moonflower Murders adaptation is as good or better. Take care.
