I guess it is considered a "guy" book , but it just fascinated me . Suttree is a complex and conflicted character. I find myself wondering about the rest of his story---

Child of God and Outer Dark . I have also read The Road , and a long time ago , Blood Meridian.

What else by this author do you recommend? I really love his work.

June 22.

Listened to it a couple of years ago, about the same time as I read _Paul is Undead: The British Zombie Invasion_ by Alan Goldshar.

10. Still rereading the Tripod trilogy

I'm about 90 pages into the White Mountains by J. Christopher. I bought the trilogy about two weeks ago, but life has been busy the past week...but I'm enjoying the read when I get the time. The Tripod Trilogy was the first trilogy I read(6th grade) and its nice rereading them.

I wouldn't mind finding the Lloyd Alexander books, the Horned King(I think!) set, with Taran.
