Has anyone read Joel C Rosenberg's books?

I just finished The Last Jihad about a post-911 attack on the President and the US retaliation against Iraq. It started out okay but it got really preachy and god-centric.

Do the later books in the series get any better?

I noticed every time the author talked about a bad President it was Carter or Clinton and the good ones were Teddy Roosevelt, Reagan, etc. I caught a theme.

many years ago.

Just out of curiousity, I put Joel's name in Search and came up with this link:

http://www.prophecynewswatch.com/archive.html

His books are available at Christian Book Stores, and I gather from that that he's a Pat Robertson or other endtimes writer.

Try the other options in the link if you want a better idea of what to expect in the next books...
