I hate the asian slurs...

I have been called many of them, most recenly on IMVU.com. I don't care for the word "Chinky eyes" either. Someone had that posted on their profile and I meant to talk to them about it. Its bad enough we have people like Rush Limbaugh who mock the Chinese language on Commerical Radio. Don't tell me its okay to say "JAP". I don't care if you are trying to abbreviate "Japanese". You don't abbreviate the word "Chinese"! Some people are just being lazy without realizing they are being offensive. You can use the words JP.. or JPN. Those are offical abbreviations.

I guess I am fortuante not to hear those words tossed around in San Francisco. There are too many of us here for people to be stupid and stay stuff like that.

Someone tried to tell me the other day they didn't like using the word "Chinatown" because they thought it might be offensive. I told them it wasn't but just in case.. they could say "Zhonggou Cheng". In Japanese we say "Chinkokumachi". Its still Chinatown.. and its a place many of us love to go.. the food, the sights, the culture.

Thanks for your video Beau Sia, you are a cool guy! Kakkoii ne!
