Have you received your new "formulary" for 2014?

I got it from the supplement insurance provider, but it may come from Medicare.

It used to be that drugs were divided into generic and brand and "special." Then it was divided into Tiers 1-3, with tier 4 "special" and more expensive.

Now I decided to look at the new papers and they have 6 tiers, and all of our medications - except for two - were "elevated" to the next tier and, of course, more expensive copay.

So I wonder whether this is Medicare, of the insurance which, really, is decent, a "not for profit" local one.
