Members of Congress CALLING OUT tRUMP Supporters to ATTACK

Reps. Clay Higgins and Andy Biggs are using MILITARY terminology about HOW supporters are to take action on behalf of who "THEY" consider the "REAL" pReziDENT. (( rPOTUS is code for REAL POTUS))

Louisiana Repuke CLAY HIGGINS on Twitter:

President Trump said he has "been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM."

This is a perimeter probe from the oppressors. Hold. rPOTUS has this.

Buckle up. 1/50K know your bridges. Rock Steady calm. That is all.

Arizona Repuke Andy Biggs

We have now reached a war phase.

Eye for an eye.

2:46 PM Jun 9, 2023

RETHUGS ARE LITERALLY CALLING FOR tRUMP supporters to WAGE WAR on his behalf BECAUSE HE IS GUILTY OF TREASON and there is NO OTHER WAY OUT FOR tRUMP than to DESTROY AMERICA.

Maybe Jack Smith is doing this in Florida on purpose to get the crazy response on tape as it were.

We might wind up going on Military lock down until tRUMP situation is resolved.

Keep Biden in charge and let him go Dark Brandon until this idiot actually gets his day in court and everyone knows the extent of his crimes and all his co-conspirators are behind bars or executed.

The LEVEL of bad intent toward a Democratic Government and Rule of Law is OFF THE CHARTS.

Historians will look at THOSE members of Congress and see them as what they are:
Traitors to America, supporters of an extended COUP.

BUT they will also hold the rest of US in Contempt if we can NOT pull this Nation out of the dumpster fire that tRUMP keeps starting and restarting.

These congress critters are STILL SELLING THE BIG LIE.

They are calling tRUMP rPOTUS ---- REAL President Of The United States.

They are saying that this is a DEFENSE against the "oppressors" because they believe tRUMP is the REAL President.

WE KNOW THE TRUTH, but these supporters are delusional.

CRAZY PEOPLE make WAR on fellow country members because some FAT RICH ASSHOLE convinces them they are fighting a "righteous war" to "take back" their country.

They have great imaginations if they believe there are enough crazy rump supporters to take on the US Armed forces. But someone needs to have a serious talk to these idiots about what the phrase "inciting violence" means.

In criminal law, incitement is the encouragement of another person to commit a crime. Depending on the jurisdiction, some or all types of incitement may be illegal. Where illegal, it is known as an inchoate offense, where harm is intended but may or may not have actually occurred.

Those inciting violence need to start getting consequences for their actions and lose their positions of power.

You aren't supposed to yell "Fire!" in a movie theater because it "could conceivably cause harm."

THESE VERY TYPE OF WORDS caused Jan 6th.

There is no doubt that over a million people have seen each of these tweets.

Accountability MUST HAPPEN NOW before more people die at the hands of MAGA.

It's been put out there over and over that tRUMP has to stop inciting violence, so he's delegated that crime.

IF we manage to hold these "hirelings" responsible for inciting violence in the fashion their leader has been expressly forbidden to use because of the results of Jan 6, tRUMP won't care.

He'll think, "Better them than me."

He's thrown everyone else under the bus.

But as ALL THE PEONS under him on the ladder get consequences, then it shows it's a "real crime" that results in "real time" which under RICO LAW as all the little soldiers and liaisons are found guilty, eventually the one who ORDERED all the mayhem is ALSO found guilty.

SO if WE THE PEOPLE PUSH for these Congress Critters to be held accountable for FAILURE to uphold their Oath of Office and one might even say VIOLATING THEIR OATH, they can be removed from that office.

Is violating the oath of office a federal crime?
The fourth federal law, 18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.

CONGRESSIONAL OATH
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

TO CALL OUT WAR UPON THE NATION one is elected to serve (from within) is to side with Domestic Enemies.

That is not merely FAILING to uphold the Oath. It's a direct violation of it.

Get real. We both know nothing is going to happen to them no matter what their so called oath of office says. Hell. Half of those bastards were in on Jan 6 and they didn't even get an honorable mention by the committee.

EVEN IF (likely) they don't get any actual consequences, being brought up on their behavior in public and being blasted for violating their oath of office by inciting Civil War is "bad optics" and they will start to back peddle.

Whether we have the majority to oust them or not, we should get loud about these cretins pissing on The Constitution.

MAYBE Dark Brandon could put out a "PLAY NICE" Executive Order that puts people behaving like this in "TIME OUT" for violating their oath of office by advocating violence toward another branch of Government.

So 30 day suspension for inciting violence against government employees or citizens who are simply doing their job. Unbecoming behavior of a Congressional Member. And a HUGE FINE if they bitch about it.

Elizabeth Moon
@emoontx
Rep. Andy Biggs, AZ, and Rep. Clay Higgins, LA, have both called for violent response to Trump's indictment. You, gentlemen, are in violation of your oath of office and guilty of incitement of sedition. You're not patriots. You're the enemy.
