“We’re not going to let them violate a nuclear agreement and do weapons and we’re not allowed to. We’re the ones that have stayed in the agreement and we’ve honoured the agreement but Russia has not unfortunately honoured the agreement so we’re going to terminate the agreement, we’re going to pull out.”

Asked to clarify, the president said: “Unless Russia comes to us and China comes to us and they all come to us and they say, ‘Let’s all of us get smart and let’s none of us develop those weapons,’ but if Russia’s doing it and if China’s doing it and we’re adhering to the agreement, that’s unacceptable. So we have a tremendous amount of money to play with with our military.”

Jeffrey Lewis, the director of the East Asia nonproliferation program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, said: “This is a colossal mistake. Russia gets to violate the treaty and Trump takes the blame.

“I doubt very much that the US will deploy much that would have been prohibited by the treaty. Russia, though, will go gangbusters.”

3. He wants to start a war somewhere

So bad , and now he's got putin pissed at him for everything, and now this. He's acting more desperate every day to attack someone somewhere for political reasons , and for profits and re-election but he may not be able to pull it off, as many in Congress are getting tired of this idiot a hare trigger away from using the military to cause violence somewhere on his behalf just because he can. His time is almost over in DC, and probably is already floating deals to leave office with to try and escape justice with. It won't work as they all come after him . Especially if the House AND the Senate are retaken by the Democrats , which i believe both will be won by the Democrats, and he knows it now. More acts of desperation coming from him, and he'll accuse and make more claims he knows are untrue and nothing but more lies from a criminal in the White House . Vote people , and stop this corruption , and lying, and destruction of everything this country has stood for. Vote! If we take both houses of Congress will putin then dump all of what he has to hurt trump too? Wouldn't be surprised , and a good motivator for voting them all out of office.
