(17,493 posts)2. Years ago in Tampa I heard a similar story of an attempted robbery ...
in a gun store. I thought this would be a very unusual event as in Tampa all the employees in the gun stores are packing heat.
So as I visited the gun stores in the area I would mention the story and ask if any fool had tried to rob them. Surprisingly a good number of gun stores I surveyed had experienced robbery attempts in the past.
