...this article appeared. I can't help ask if a potential mass shooting was stopped by someone concealed carrying, how would they know? None of the mass shootings were halted prior to qualifying as a mass shooting by anyone. Isn't that like not being able to autopsy someone that didn't die?

I guess the standard is that, during a mass shooting when the body count is already high enough to quality as a mass shooting, concealed-carriers don't THEN stop the killer.


Every time a CCW permitee uses a gun in self-defense, a mass shooting may have been stopped.
