Armed residents take to the streets to raise awareness of their rights..

Very Good for them!!!! I wonder how they would react to being forcibly disarmed?? Like Hillary Clinton suggested at her recent, televised "town hall" event in New Hampshire, on the "Australian model" of gun control? The powers that be better get a clue, and get it quick, before election day.... I stand with those citizens....

But to me I wouldn't stand anywhere near them. Why would you assume anyone with a weapon is legit?
I have a shotgun, most of the people I know own guns but my rule of thumb is I avoid people I don't know who are carrying weapons, just as I don't accept rides from people I don't know or take a drink at a bar that I didn't order for myself.
To me, these folks are goofy.

other country's gun policies. There is this false belief that the programs were run like kids gathering candy on Halloween, trick or treating for weapons. The entirety of gun reform discussion seems to be a one sided conversation - control advocates come here to say what we should do, listening be damned.

responsible gun owner is an oxymoron.

The gun fetishists are going to lose.

That is the pure definition of gun safety. A responsibly armed individual not being reckless.
