It's as simple as that.

If Texas law allows CCW on campus and in classrooms, then the faculty has NO LEGAL means to prevent students, faculty and other university employees from exercising their RIGHT under Texas law.

Washington State, Utah, and Alaska allow CCW holders to legally carry on state college
campuses, and have for years.
Since you're so *very* sure that this practice poses a deadly threat to college instructors,
would you be so kind as to post those instances where a CCW holder shot a teacher
in a college in those states?
