1. So according to the court

people have Constitutional rights. But only at Hamburger Mary's. The SC set the stage for this nonsense and we will no doubt see this sort of thing employed in matters of race discrimination etc. This "roping off" of the application of rights is what this has all been about along with limiting money damages/regulations enforcement. It harks back to the days back when one of the discrimination strategies was to close down a business found to have discriminated and immediately reopening under a different name and continuing the same practices. So people would have to sue all over again. Union busting was done this way also.
