...the work of a borderline pedophile?
Two police officers hold the hands of a 17 against a wall so he cannot move, a third detective, uses the "investigative method" to illicit a confession by pulling down the 17 year olds pants, banging a stick against both knees of the 17 year old and lifting it quickly and suddenly into the 17 year olds scrotum. This happens approx 3-4 times with increasing force until the officer hears what he likes...
I posted the entire story under the National Security and Defense section titled "Why Canada can't be trusted", there is alot more, encompassing many years of activity. Almost 5300 views and counting, I am happy to hear opinions and I continue to push for justice in Canada; or, I am given the opportunity for a real life elsewhere.
Thanks for your time.

(8,267 posts)the link, and tell us whether those "police officers" have had appropriate consequences for their actions, including losing their jobs?

(751 posts)This happened to me many years ago and the story gets much worse. I have been reaching out to a local paper to try and get them to support a story about this, even if they don't use my name or name the detective at this point. This initial abuse and my desire to speak the truth in court has lead to a lifetime of grief...

(9,494 posts)with links that seem to be unrelated to the above OP. You need to post a link to an outside source about the above mentioned incident if you have one.

(751 posts)Would be the court record in which I stated this fact and in which the relatively minor charges were dropped (as provided in the lengthy post). The link is absolutely related, I explain what happened to me from the time of the police, to the holding at the border with my wife.
I have no record, no charges, no allegations against me.

(3,425 posts)If these bastards can escape prosecution, and it were my son, I would think of ways to make them pay.

(3,425 posts)It is long and rambling and will not help you if your cause is honest. If you would like some discussion of the police brutality you experienced, you should stay focused on that event. Present the facts in precise terms, detailing your efforts to seek justice.
You said that you did not file suit because you feared your father. While facts like this are relevant, a brief summation of an abusive
childhood would suffice.
If you are looking for advice one what to do next, I would suggest you take the time to write your experience in a presentation type document. Stick mainly with the facts. Footnotes can be used if you need to elaborate. Then you should try some pro bono law sites to see if someone will take your case. Also if there are any Law Schools near you, they often operate help centers using law students. Good Luck
