FWIW, the Ninth Circuit has not responded to DOJ's "give us an answer today" Friday request, so Judge Settle's preliminary injunction blocking the Trump administration's anti-trans military ban remains in effect. (As in, trans people can serve currently under the terms in place before Trump's EO.)
