Lastly, where in the world are the Justice Department, the White House counsel, and the Office of Management and Budget on this? Did an actual lawyer sign off on this?

No respectable member of the bar should’ve ever greenlit this executive order. It’s truly indefensible.

Heavyweights. I know them well. I'm attending Legaltech next week. I bet this is a topic of discussion. If it gets to the Supreme court I think rump loses 7-2. Only Alito and stepin and fetchit will vote fot Trump. Large law is a big club and I think they defend the club.
