1. None of this makes any sense. The guy wants to read about sex at a school board meeting?

Why? Of course he is some kind of pervert. Gets his jollies that way?

2. He played an audio recording of a phone conversation he

had with a school board member. In it he alleges there are books in the school library that describe “hardcore anal sex.” The school board declared that phase was obscene. Having read most of the complaint the guy is a real pain in tush and of course attended all/most of the school board meetings. He also, consistently did not follow the rules.
