1. Instead of dumping these issues on tax payers, parents need to step up, and do more policing

of their children, be more involved in what they check out, read, etc., it's not the job of the rest of us to do this. Parents need to take on more responsibility, for it looks like once again, they are putting the blame for their failures in watching what their children are doing onto the rest of us.
