Section 3 of the 14th amendment to the US Constitution states that no elected official "shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against [the Constitution].
FALSELY CLAIMING AN ELECTION WAS STOLEN WHEN THE EVIDENCE HAS BEEN EXAMINED, ADDRESSED AND THE VOTE IS STILL CORRECTLY COUNTED ACCORDING TO THOSE IN CHARGE OF MAKING THAT HAPPEN AND THE COURTS SHOULD BECOME LABELED OFFICIALLY AS AN ACT OF REBELLION THAT COULD LEAD TO INSURRECTION AS THE STATED GOAL IS TO OVERTURN THE RESULTS OF A FAIR ELECTION.
EVERYONE who undermines actual fair election practices and the State's rights to attend to them should be prosecuted for insurrection, sedition and/or rebellion if not treason.
Having questions and going to court. OK.
Taking your case to the highest court in the land. OK.
Getting a recount. OK.
Making sure verification and certification are properly done. OK.
When all these things have been done and the result is the same. Case over. Deal with it.
To use the power of one's office to rally the people into a frenzy and urge them to act on good faith for a FALSE REASON is a violation of the Oath of Office to protect the US FROM insurrection and/or rebellion. It is indeed an act of sedition against the US and should be reason for expulsion/impeachment from office.
MY IDEA OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION:
"Based on events of Jan 6, 2021 where crowds were incited to violence and acts of insurrection by the seated President, media outlets, State officials and members of Congress - which resulted in actual deaths and included plots to murder the Vice President and others in Congress:
It is hereby decreed that such manipulation of the public is a TREASONOUS VIOLATION OF THE OATH OF OFFICE.
No President, Vice President, seated member of Congress or anyone working in conjunction with Congress members or the Executive Branch or those in their employ or otherwise beholden to them may use EVIDENCE DISPROVED IN A COURT OF LAW or otherwise PROVED TO BE FALSE to incite crowds to action against citizens or institutions.
It carries a minimum penalty of 50 years in jail and a maximum penalty of DEATH."
