It is disappointingly smaller than it's hype would lead one to believe.
And the history it represents is mostly fabricated.

It isn't even thought to be the real spot where the Mayflower landed is it?
History is chock full of that kind of nonsense.

The Plymouth Rock was one of my first school field trip...just love it. I lived in Plymouth County in my youth.

I've never seen it but its on "the list" of things to do.

in my eyes has a young student and in my imagination. The Pilgrims landing and all. I did fairly well in history, I was always fascinated by it.
They have a place called Plymouth Plantation, they put on shows and art work and of of course a feast for Thanksgiving...check it out when you visit.
