Out of all of the kid cats in my life, Sian was the only one who ever jumped up and cleared the lower part of the refrigerator of the colorful magnets, play with them and scatter them around the kitchen. She loved those magnets so I put a big group within her reach. I buried her with her favorite - an ice cream cone.
Now Merlin is doing the same thing. I keep moving them up just a little higher so that he has to jump up to get them. And I, again, have to watch where I step in the kitchen. And the hallway. And the dining room.
On a side note, I suspect his body converts kitten food into rocket fuel. He's one astonishingly speedy little Wizard, both vertically AND horizontally.

(94,955 posts)I have been thinking about that ever since you brought him in. He certainly is a good spirit to have in your environment.
I can imagine you get to witness him doing things like this...

(27,406 posts)He is hilarious to watch. I just found two more of Sian's refrigerator magnets so now Merlin has many targets to attack.
