At least Arthur is cooperating and agreeing to wear a collar.

It was a bit strange at first. He even managed to pop it open. Smart boy. But I persisted and he's agreed, for now, to make me happy.

It will be coming off tomorrow night as Thursday Morning he goes in for his big 'snip' procedure. It will be waiting for him when he gets home.
