Pepper Had The Zoomies -- Shadow Tried To Keep Up!

Our Granddog Pepper's here visiting. She's two years old with more energy than the Energizer Bunny.

She loves to "help" Laurie with tasks.

Yesterday she and Shadow romped around in recently fallen snow.

Occasionally they may have a difference of opinion.

But then the chase is on.

Shadow thought she'd catch up to Pepper on the porch —

but Pepper pulled a U-Turn. The chaser became the chasee.

The girls met back on the porch. Called it a draw.

Came inside to be warm and dry.

and an 8 1/2 year old puppy at heart.

9. What a treat to have a Shadow and Pepper Sunday!

Great story and photos, George McGovern! It almost feels like I'm right there, witnessing the pups in action. What fun it must have been to see it all play out in person. I also like the storyline, from beginning to end.

I must say, Pepper is a big puppy! What breed is she?

10. Our daughter's big pup is a pure bred Boxer. Two years' worth of pep and get up and go.

We are located in northeast Washington State. Snow was gone until two days ago. Laurie woke up, looked out and said "Bah Humbug - No More Snow"!
