I made a new best friend yesterday.
His name is Teddy he is a three year old golden retriever best boy. Was at my meet point to swap trailers with a guy coming from the west and i walked into get a coffee and outside with his mom was Teddy a golden floof they were traveling south.
After the intial greeting of pets and scratches and ear and belly rubs Teddy and i are now officially best friends.
As i was standing inline to pay for my coffee i looked at the door and teddy was standing up paws on door tail wagging looking at me.
Clearly we just met and now we’re in love Teddy is 100% golden retriever like my golden chonk.
And as for my Dunc the chonk once again this morning as i was getting my outside feet shoes according to Dunc.
If it is loafers or sneakers good chance I’m going with dad Dunc knows and yet work boots as outside feet means dad’s leaving me.
And as i put on my work boots chonk grabbed his squeak trout and headed to bed looking over his shoulder with side eye at me.
Dunc knew he was going to be abandoned with his hooman brother who is still sleeping for cuddles.
