Sometimes its because his water bowl is frozen lately

I hand deliver food to 7 outdoor kitties. They have various domains-barn, garage, garden shed- with heated pads or houses. But you got me beat at keeping the window open to hear them! ☺️

Keeping them warm and fed is the key. Im a sucker for the old guy. Been taking care of him 15 years now Mostly outside, but he has now taken up residence in the little house on my deck. Im glad to see it.
