Need help with my grapefruit tree

It's in a pot and I've had it for over 35 years. I planted it from a seed and I'd hate for it to die. Lately it's been looking pretty sad. It has these red spots on it which flake off. The leaves are looking pale and I haven't sen any new growth in a while. Any idea what's wrong with it? I have two others that are quite healthy. Any help would be appreciated.

Especially if the spots are flaking off. The fungus (the spots) are stealing nutients from the leaves, causing them to look pale, and slowing growth.

There's all sorts of websites regarding citrus issues, and how to identify them (w/ pictures). Just google "grapefruit tree problems".

Not sure how to cure this, because it depends on the type of fungus. But I'd start there. Hope it helps!
