Needs water, I think.

May try something like: Balanced or all-purpose fertilizers
A 10-10-10 or 12-4-8 NPK fertilizer can provide healthy growth. Granular fertilizers like Espoma Rose Tone and Holly Tone, or Jobes Fertilizer Spikes,

I don't see the green leaves drooping yet. My Hydrangeas (in pots outside) can go from looking fine to total droop if I don't water them daily, and then on especially hot days, maybe twice a day. My blooms are all just now starting to turn color. It is already 93 here today, so I think I might have to water in the evening as well.
