Anyone have fav' recipe for chicken tetrazinni with asparagus?

our asparagus bed is beginning to challenge the diversity of our repertoire...

Looks fancy but it's easy to make. I also like just roasted asparagus. Asparagus risotto is good if your risotto has a lot of flavor and the asparagus is roasted separately and added at the end. Food Network always has lots of food ideas and recipes. I love the asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, though I mostly just do that for guests. Happy cooking!

versatile and you can usually substitute green beans if the asparagus spears in your grocery store aren't looking too fresh.
