them to dry out. Shuck the dried up sweet corn, store in a glass jar and plant next year.

and dried them out in front of my dehumidifier last summer and stored the seed in a glass jar. Because it was a hybrid I wasn't for sure if it would come up or not when I planted it, but to my surprise it's looking great. It is the sweetest sweet corn I ever ate. Looking forward to eating this years crop.

Catch field corn at the right time before it gets to hard and it's just like sweet corn without the sweetness.
