Breakfast Tuesday 23 June 2026

I did not sleep well yesterday, I watched & had a research discussion about the Nazi invasion of Russia in 1941 & then research about the Tulsa race massacre of 1921.

So yogurt and granola later, tea to drink.

Sigh humans suck

So breakfast is going to be an experiment in creative leftovers. We had low country boil Sunday, with leftovers, and we have eggs. And wraps.

I'll have decaf tea in a little while.

Woke up recalling a dream about Chinese women. I was being left out of the meal planning for the month, so I decided to tell them. They took my concerns seriously and there was a flurry of activity to solve the problem.

I put the dream I my dream journal and realized I have had a number of other dreams about Chinese food.

Probably will make up a big supply of lo mein again. This time I will use my Savoy cabbage.
