Later this morning I'm planning on finishing the vegetable beef soup I made the other day with a biscuit and a pot of hot tea.

(43 posts)Homemade chicken broth with diced tomato and fresh wilted spinach in it with semi homemade bread (Rhodes bread) and butter on the side.
Kind of unusual I know, but its what I had and what I had a taste for. Also, Asians have soup for breakfast all the time. Im not Asian, but I do do that sometimes like today.
Hope everyone has a nice Memorial Day weekend.

(43 posts)Even though its been a while since Ive had to cook for several people on the regular, I still find it difficult cooking for one. I dont mind leftovers at all in fact, sometimes I prefer it. Ive considered starting a thread here about cooking for one (although I havent done that yet). I dont know .
