Posting early due to working late.I made orzo with fresh parsley and lemon to go into tonight's version of chicken soup. Good thing, too, 'cuz I have to leave now for work and won't be back until late. It will be nice to have dinner already made when I come home.
Decided to leave the kombucha unflavored for tonight. Turned out great!
Dessert: Honeycrisp apple.

(1,840 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, sliced carrots, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, minced ginger and garlic. When done I added some air-fried Beyond Steak pieces, a few Tbsps of garlic ginger sauce and tossed everything with cooked whole wheat spaghetti. Chopped scallions on top after plating.
