I have chili with Beyond "beef" and red kidney beans ready. Also the toppings, like sour cream, chopped raw red onion, sour cream, and grated cheddar. Sweet potato fries.
The "chicken" tikka masala I made last night turned out very good. I made it with a plant protein "meatball."
I like having soups ready during this cold snap. I'm making more today, and for my next soup, I've had to make my own Old Bay seasoning. Last night I made my own garam masala. It's a fun thing to do when you can't spend much time outdoors. The scents! Plus crushing them with a mortar and pestle sends off more aromas.
Kombucha: ginger pineapple.

(1,725 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth:chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, sliced carrots, sliced cabbage, sliced zucchini, mushrooms, and minced garlic. When done I added marinara sauce and cooked chickpea rotini. Topped the dish with air-fried Beyond meatballs and vegan parm. Cheers!🥂
