What's for Dinner, Sun. Nov. 30, 2025

I'm feeling lazy tonight, so I'm doctoring up a frozen pizza and making a green leaf salad. The pizza will have pepperoni, green and yellow peppers, and onion. I'll also add more mozzarella.

I'm also thawing mushroom black rice soup.

Dessert: chocolate truffle bar.

I am avoiding them with my lazy solution. I think mine are going in the freezer. They might look better in 2 weeks!

The smallest breast roast shopper could find was 6 lbs, bone in, of course.

So we are about at the end of it.

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red and green bell pepper, sliced cauliflower florets, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic and ginger. When done I added air fried red potato nuggets, chickpeas and Patak’s medium curry sauce. Served over brown basmati rice. Cherry-Chocolate plant-based ice cream pie for dessert. Cheers!🥂
