Tossed green salad with baby arugula, redtip lettuce, and Bibb lettuce. Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, red, green, and gold peppers. Queso cheese.

Kombucha: cherry

Hot chocolate with marshmallows for dessert.

2. Norweigan salmon with garlic & lemon pepper

Salad & zucchini & yellow perppers & onions sauted in olive oil.

Just got massive Instacart order... have to shovel the perishables into fridge & freezer.

Weird Instacart incident. Shopper texted me & told me she was standing at checkout & my debit card was nsf.

My SS had just deposited 4 days ago so alarm bells were going off. I called Instacart & they told me it was her card ghat was nsf, not mine & suggested I reschedule.

Ok, so long as I don't end up paying for & having to store 2 full orders. The woman assured me the 1st order was canceled.

So I'm working around the house & I receive a text from 1st shopper saying she was 5 min away with my order. She tells me to call & cancel rescheduled order. So I call again & was assured the rescheduled order was canceled.

1st order arrives & I'm putting things away.

Then I start receiving identical texts as I did from 1st shopper! Ok to refund carrots, celery, etc.

I call Insracart back yet again & explain the whole mess ... she canceled the order & gave me a $5 account credit since I spent good portion of my day on the phone.

What cluster... lol

5. The other half of my lunch

Which was a roast beef melt with frizzled onions and potato salad. From work. Super good.

This joint just made Seattle Times top ten list for sandwiches. They are damn good.
Good thing I walk alot cuz I eat so many!

10. Pizza Party

For her birthday, my wife wanted family over for pizza from their favorite place. There is such a thing as “Buffalo Style Pizza” and Imperial always delivers. Made a couple salads as sides and my niece made a terrific coconut cake. Cheers! 🥂
