I found the most beautiful watercress at the Korean greengrocer, so I'm having a watercress, sliced pear, and Brie salad with walnut vinaigrette. Toasted almonds over the top.
Cauliflower, white cheddar cheese, cubed cassava soup. I sauteed the cassava separately to a golden brown. Beautiful! Chicken-vegetable stock. Chopped leeks.
Kombucha: blackberry pineapple.
Dessert: warmed up oatmeal raisin cookies, tangelos. Hot chocolate.

(20,355 posts)I didn't cook much this week, didn't eat much. We had nice weather, so I worked in my storage and went to the school's Spring concert. Kind of busy
I made enough food for a couple days, as more nice days to come.

(1,354 posts)Steam-fried the filling in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, yellow bell pepper and shallots. When done I added cooked sweet potato cubes and cooked black beans. I used chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and hot pepper sauce as the spices. Rolled the filling in lavash bread and topped with fresh mashed avocado and pineapple salsa. Cheers!🥂
