What's for Dinner, Thurs., March 6, 2025

Salmon with brown sugar glaze.

Breaded zucchini rounds with grated horseradish cheddar.

Kombucha: apple ginger.

Dessert: Vanilla no-sugar pudding with green grapes and almonds. Hot decaf.

The Landlady made fresh gazpacho yesterday so it'll be ready for dinner tonight. We've got boneless chicken breast marinating and I'll grill them on the skillet. They'll be served over rice. Orange slices for dessert.
